Meet Jennifer Walker
With over a decade of experience as a counselor and 30 years working in various mental health settings, I specialize in supporting adults dealing with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My own life experiences and challenges have shaped my work as a therapist, and I bring empathy and understanding into each session. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we work together to explore your goals, honoring your individual journey and finding strategies that feel right for you.
